Hand grips are great for:

  • Obtaining relief from carpal tunnel syndrom and tennis elbow
  • Building forearm and hand muscles and tendons

Hold hand grip in left, right or both hand one in each hand.

Squeeze grip together hold and release.

Adjust hand grip by turning the dial at the botton of the grip to appropriate tension for your self. One being the least amount of tension and six being the highest amount of tension. Hold hand grip in left, right or both hand one in each hand.

Squeeze grip together hold and release.
